Are you ready for part 2?

I swear this is the longest blog post of all time!  

I couldn't narrow it down any more than this, though... so enjoy!

These two models were so perfect!  Sweet, romantic, playful... I just loved every second!

I always love all the little details that go into Tonya's workshops!  She is so creative and simply elegant.

 This sweet couple is so much in love... I couldn't help but notice all their little tender moments.

 Honestly... I could shoot couples like this all day!!!  It's just delightful.

 While going over these pictures I just keep thinking Mr. Handsome here is beyond lucky to have this sweet gal.  

She's just so precious...  I can't get over it.

I guess I said this in the last post, but there was so much variety in this one location!  

We were all definitely spoiled photographers on Saturday.

I hope you enjoyed these as much as I did!  I'm feeling so refreshed and inspired now!

Part 1

I headed back down to Southern California last weekend for another Tonya Joy Photography workshop.

I just can't stand to miss them, so I go over and over and over again.

The timing was perfect for me.  I've been so overwhelmed this summer!!!  (Have you noticed my lack of presence lately...?)  

I finally got a chance to come up for air and I took the chance to really recharge and get re-inspired.  

This workshop was truly just what the doctor ordered.

We started with this darling family.  They were seriously so sweet!  

And the location was a bottomless pit of beautiful options!!!

It was such a joy to play with their little boy too!  Him and Daddy were rockin' it and I loved the little similarities in their wardrobe.  How easy it will be to follow in Daddy's footsteps, you know!

 And holy hot mama!  She was so gorgeous... I couldn't get over it!

 I really loved finishing up the shoot with a little romance for Mom & Dad.  

That's one of my favorite things to do, actually.  

After a while kids start to get annoyed with all their time in front of the camera, so I recommend bringing someone along that can take the kiddos for a moment or two and Mom & Dad can have some alone time.

Another thing I just loved about this shoot was the juxtaposition of styles in wardrobe.  I just drool over Tonya's styling.  Dad and little buddy were dressed more casually and Mom didn't hold back.  She was looking and feeling gorgeous and it totally translated in the photos.  I believe everyone needs to feel comfortable and at ease in order to get good, genuine photos of all in the group.
